This Notice generally describes the Privacy Policy of TIF Fund Management LLC (TIF) regarding how TIF collects, utilizes and maintains nonpublic personal information that it collects about individuals who are prospective, current or former investors in Triumph Investment Master Fund Ltd., its feeder funds or any other TIF products or services that our firm has created in the past or might create in the future. This Privacy Policy only applies to products or services provided to individuals by TIF and which are used for personal, family, or household purposes (not business purposes).

Subscriber questionnaires and information otherwise given to us as part of the subscription process (for example, name, address, occupation, email address, investment objectives and net worth);
Subscription documents and related the type of investments you make; and

We may be required to disclose nonpublic personal information that we have collected from you only as permitted by law. For example, we may share nonpublic personal information about you in the following situations:
