   • Subscriber questionnaires and information otherwise given to us as part of the subscription       process (for example, name, address, occupation, email address, investment objectives and net       worth);
   • Subscription documents and related the type of investments you make; and
   • Other interactions with us or our affiliates (for example, discussions or communications with our       staff).

Requirements for Disclosure:
We may be required to disclose nonpublic personal information that we have collected from you only as permitted by law. For example, we may share nonpublic personal information about you in the following situations:
      • In connection with the administration, operation or compliance with audit procedures by a         regulatory authority, which may include administrators, attorneys, accountants, auditors,
        regulatory body employees or other service providers;
      • To respond to a subpoena or court order, judicial process or regulatory inquiry;
      • To assist TIF in offering and providing our products and services to you; and
      • Upon your consent, including authorization to disclose such information to persons acting in a         fiduciary or representative capacity on your behalf. If you are a former user, your information is         treated in the same manner as the information of current users.

We protect personal information collected about you by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. Within TIF we restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
